Replacement Pages 118, 119 and 120 of the Agenda Package, Schedule F - R2 Deletion Map and Schedule G - New RP1 Zone for P 24-05, Bill 44 Amendments - SSMUH (Item 8.3.1)

Schedule F - This new map includes the correct R2 zoned parcels.

Schedule G - This fixes an admin error with the frontage regulation (was 9.0m and has been corrected to 16.0m), and with .6 Other Regulations (now includes standard reference to minimum usable parcel area requirements – “not less than one half the usable parcel area”).
