Legal / Address: Lot A, DL 3189, ODYD, Plan EPP11876

Current OCP Designation: Low Density Residential (LDR)

Proposed OCP Designation: Medium Density Residential (MDR)

Current Zoning: Rural Residential Small Parcel (RU2)

Proposed Zoning: Low-Density Multiple Residential (R3)

Purpose: To develop townhouses and duplex units.
