CALL THE PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
 

It is acknowledged that this meeting is being held on the traditional territory of the Syilx/Okanagan Peoples.

This meeting is open to the public.  In accordance with COVID-19 protocols, a viewing area that will accommodate three members of the public is available on a first come first serve basis. All representations to Council form part of the public record.  This meeting is being webcast live and will be archived on the City’s website.

Legal/Address:  Lot A, DL 3796 and 2600, ODYD, Plan EPP91342, Except Plan EPP95995, Tallus Ridge Drive

Current / Proposed OCP Designation:  Exchanging the land use designation on the same portions from Low Density Multiple Family and Single Family Residential to Parks and Natural Area, and from Parks and Natural Area to Low Density Multiple Family.

Current / Proposed Zoning:  To rezone a 1837 m2 portion of the property from Low Density Multiple Residential (R3) and Compact Single Detached Residential Zone to Parks and Open Space (P1) zone, and to rezone a 2700 m2 portion from Parks and Open Space (P1) zone to Low Density Multiple Residential (R3) zone.

Purpose:  To facilitate a more efficient layout for the proposed townhouse development (approximately 26 units).
