CALL THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING TO ORDER

The Special Council meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

ADOPTION OF AGENDA

  Resolution No. C343/19

  THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.

  CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

PROCEDURAL MOTION

• It was moved and seconded

  Resolution No. C344/19

  THAT Council close the meeting in accordance with Section 90(1) of the Community Charter for:

  (c) labour relations or other employee relations;

  (i) the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

  CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
