The meeting is open to the public. In accordance with COVID-19 protocols, Step 3 of BC's Restart Plan, and the City's COVID-19 Safety Plan regarding indoor seated gatherings, a viewing area that will accommodate twelve members of the public is available on a first come, first serve basis.
